7th annual Metering, Billing/CRMAfrica 2006
Metering, Billing/CRM Africa 2006 will be in its seventh year and will highlight the latest strategic and technological developments in the metering, billing and CRM/CIS industries for electricity, water and gas utilities, enabling stakeholders to meet, share common experiences, give project updates and discover solutions to address the challenges.
This event has taken place previously in Kenya, Ghana, Mozambique, Cairo, Nigeria and Cape Town and has established itself as the annual meeting for the African customer-end technology sector. It forms part of the global series of metering, billing and CRM/CIS events which take place annually in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, Africa and the Americas.
Once again this event will be part of African Utility Week 2006 from the 8-12 May 2005 in Cape Town, South Africa. There will be dedicated sessions on metering, billing and customer service as well as other customer-end user sessions.
