Hotel reservations will be handled by Incentive for Winners on behalf of Spintelligent. Participants are requested to do bookings directly by emailing requirements to maritha@winnerscongress.co.za or by phoning Maritha on +27 21 419 5544.
Requests for accommodation must be made by no later than 31st July 2009. Bookings received after this date will be accepted subject to the availability of rooms.
It is therefore recommended that reservations be made as soon as possible.
Due to high demand Johannesburg hotels have very stringent accommodation terms and conditions. Most hotels require full payment 14-30 days in advance depending on the establishment. A 10% deposit maybe requested to secure the booking.
The following booking process applies:

The delegation should inform the Accommodation agent of the choice of hotel via the website, email or fax.

The accommodation agent will confirm availability and send the delegation the hotel terms and conditions. The agent will propose alternative options in the event that the delegation’s choice of hotel is not available

On agreement from the delegation, the accommodation agent will book the hotel accommodation and issue a confirmation letter and hotel invoice.

Payment method: reservations are guaranteed by credit card or direct transfer payment. Where credit cards are used to secure the booking an authorisation will be processed by the hotel to secure the funds.
Payment will only be deducted when the delegation arrives at the hotel. In the case of direct transfers the accommodation agent will send the delegation the banking details of the hotel for the purpose of direct payment.
All requests for information, modification or cancellation of reservations should be sent to the booking agent, NOT to the hotels. Cancellation fees will be charged depending on the hotels’ policies (these differ from hotel to hotel). Most hotels will charge a 100% of the accommodation cost for a “NO SHOW”. |
