Registration Terms & Conditions

Participation fee includes:

  • Admission to all conference sessions
  • Conference documentation (in English)
  • Coffee/tea, refreshments during breaks and cocktail receptions
  • Lunches
  • Note: 7% GST and PST to be added onto the registration rates
  • Organizers reserve the right to alter this program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the organizers nor their suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event.
  • Right of participation reserved

Cancellation policy:

  • Written cancellations (by mail, email or fax) received before August 20, 2006 are fully refundable.
  • Written cancellations received between August 20, 2006 and September 20, 2006 are 50% refundable.
  • No refunds will be made after 20 September, 2006.
  • Substitutions are allowed at any time, provided Spintelligent is notified in writing before the event.
