Participation fee includes:

  • Organisers reserve the right to alter this program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the organisers nor their suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event.

Cancellation policy:

  • Written cancellations (by mail, email or fax) received before 25 September 2008 are fully refundable.
  • Written cancellations received between 25 September & 25 October 2008 are 50% refundable.
  • No refunds will be made after 25 October 2008 & 25 November 2008, delegates will be charged in full.
  • Substitutions are allowed at any time, provided Spintelligent is notified in writing before the event.
