• Reserve a booth: How do I reserve a booth for the Metering, Billing/CIS America 2007 conference?

• Exhibitor kits:  When will exhibitor kits be sent out?

As soon as the signed agreement has been received the exhibitor kits will be sent out.

• Complimentary registrations: How many registrations do I receive with my exhibit space purchase?

Each exhibitor will receive 1 complimentary registration per 10x10 ft booth.

• Exhibit hours: What are the set-up, tear down and exhibit hours during the Metering, Billing/CIS America 2007 conference?

Set-up:

• Exhibit passes: Are there any special passes on offer for people who want to visit the exhibit hall only?

Each exhibiter will receive an unlimited amount of e-tickets and hard copy tickets as special passes for the event.

• Exhibitor directory/show guide: Will a directory of exhibitors be circulated that describes their companies and the products and services they provide?

A full show catalog will be placed in each delegate bag and also distributed at the registration table.

• Sponsorships: Are sponsorships still available at Metering, Billing/CIS America 2007?

Yes, there are still sponsorships available.  Please contact Gerald Schreiner at gerald@spintelligent.com

• How can I arrange to have a booth for Metering, Billing/CIS America 2008?

Potential exhibitors for 2008 may ask to reserve a booth and will receive an agreement form.  The floor plan will then be sent first to the exhibitors who have already signed the agreement for 2008.

The conference takes place 10-11 May, with the pre-conference workshops and seminars taking place 9 May.
