Individual Call-In: Participants are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges, which will be paid upon check-out. Guarantee payment of these charges are required, (either via major credit card or a cash deposit upon check-in).

  Check-out time is 12:00 pm
• The above room rate does not include occupancy tax, which is currently 16.75%.  Rates are subject to current taxes unless eligible for exemption by local regulations. 
• Room block discounts are only valid until April 1, 2007 and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Credit card numbers and expiry dates will be required to secure your booking, and a deposit for the first night room and tax will be charged.
• Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night’s room and tax being billed
• A non-arrival charge of one night's room and tax will be charged in the event of a no-show.
• Breakfast is not included in the guest room rate.
