  • Organizers reserve the right to alter this program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the organizers nor their suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event.

Cancellation policy:

  • Written cancellations (by mail, email or fax) received before March 1, 2008 are fully refundable.
  • Written cancellations received between March 2 and March 30, 2008 are 50% refundable.
  • No refunds will be made after April 1, 2008.
  • Substitutions are allowed at any time, provided Spintelligent is notified in writing before the event.
