  • Organizers reserve the right to alter this program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the organizers nor their suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event.

Cancellation policy:

Written cancellations by email or fax must be received before 25 March 2008 in order to receive a refund, minus US $100 administration fee. After 25 March 2008 refunds are not available.
