Individual Call-In: Participants are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges, which will be paid upon check-out. Guaranteed payment of these
charges is required (either via major credit card or a cash deposit upon check-in).

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The above room rate does not include occupancy tax, which is currently 10.074% plus a $2.00 per room night Hotel Business Improvement District (HBID)
assessment fee, and any additional taxes that may be owed at the time the rooms are occupied, and any Hotel services fees that may apply.
Room block discounts are only valid until January 28, 2008, and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Credit card numbers and expiry dates will be required to secure your booking, and a deposit for the first night room and tax will be charged.
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night's room and tax being billed
A non-arrival charge of one night's room and tax will be charged in the event of a no-show.
Breakfast is not included in the guest room rate.
