Conference registration

Conference registrations apply to the conference sessions from Tuesday, February 24, 2009 Wednesday, February 25, 2009.

Registration terms and conditions

Participation fee includes: Admission to relevant conference sessions, conference documentation (English), coffee / tea, refreshments during the breaks, lunches and networking receptions.

The organizer reserves the right to alter the program without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the organizer nor its suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event.

Payment details

Payment must be received prior to the event. Entry to the event can be refused if payment has not been received by the time the event commences. Payment can be made via credit card, check addressed to Spintelligent LLC and wire transfer: Please contact the organizer for wire transfer details: jimina.schmidt@spintelligent.com

Cancellation policy:

Written cancellations (by mail, email or fax) received before December 23, 2008 fully refundable. Written cancellations received between December 24, 2008 and January 24, 2009 50% refundable. No refunds will be made after January 24, 2009 entry will be refused to the conference if registration is not fully paid. Substitutions are allowed at any time, provided Spintelligent is notified in writing before the event.
