Individual Call-In: Participants are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges, which will be paid upon check-out. Guaranteed payment of these charges is required, (either via major credit cards or cash deposit upon check-in).

To guarantee an early check-in (before 14:00 pm), the room will be booked and charged for a full night’s rate from the night before
Once the departure date is confirmed, a 50% early departure charge (100% on late advice after 12:00 noon) will apply.
